My knees hurt somethin' fierce this week. I have know idea what it is related to weather, Bmx flat landings or a yellow 4 wheel monstrosity. I got in a sweet long ass chill Mtb ride yesterday. No direction and no time registrants the only thing cutting my ride short was a drained camelBak. I have been rockin the Bmx bike a lot. Grinding shit including my shins and having a good time evading Public Safety.
