So I started
Initial test. 26 straight. Which allowed me to bring the program from 6 weeks down to 4.
Week one(three). 70 total. I opted for one column down from initial test recommended.With sets of 12,17,13,13 and at least 17 (only made 15 on last set my arms were fuckin beat) with 60 sixty second rest time between sets.
Hope to make it to 100 in 4 weeks.
