More push up today. My arms were very sore starting off but I made it through and did more than I was suppose to by accident.
Week one day 2.... 14, 21,14,14,20 Made it through with no problems today but it was very hard. I am very sore and it is hard to lift my arms over shoulder level.
Program total- 179 push ups
